|Recommended: YesDesigner feel in apartment living on convenient West side location — I have enjoyed the time spent at Brownpoint Reserve so far. The building is attractive and offers many amenities. My apartment is spacious, has upscale finishes, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light. I appreciate the outdoor commons area as well as the lovely clubhouse. Underground parking is great The staff are attentive to any needs in a timely manner. The company also provides activities for resident participation which is a nice opportunity to meet other residents. An added bonus here is that they have flexible lease options for people with various lifestyle work challenges. I looked at many other facilities before choosing Brownpoint Reserve and it was definitely the right choice for me.
|Recommended: YesExcellent property — I have really loved living at Brownpoint so far By far the best apartment complex I have ever had the chance of living in. The ceilings tend to be a bit on the thin side as I can here people walking around occasionally above my unit, but overall I am thrilled to be living here
|Recommended: YesSmoking — We wish it was a smoke free building. The people above us smoke on their balcony and if we have our windows open we get all the smoke in our place. Wake up to cigarette smoke. Not good.

Only a problem is because of the wooden structure, noise is penetrated from upper side badly.
|Recommended: YesUnit 325 — I like living at Brownpoint Reserve, I wish the floors had better sound proofing as the residents above me are very noisy and don't seem to understand someone may live below them. Storage inside the units is on the low side, lack of bathroom storage is surprising. Friends and family who have visited have been very impressed with the design and layout of the building.
|Recommended: YesI love living here. — It's quiet except you can hear the neighbor above walking heavily , the neighbors are friendly, it's clean and well taken care of. The common areas are great...can't wait for the summer I love the surrounding area and close to a lot of restaurants.

Their staff are highly professional and personable, responding to questions and concerns in a timely manner. The location is ideal. Only draw back is the noise from people walking above you due to the bare floors, and this could vary based on your neighbors.
