|Recommended: YesGreat neighbors, great service, awesome accommodations — We love it the only things wrong is the construction has a few errors like poor plaster job spotty and you can see crease's, painters were sloppy, some walls are crooked and fire place is off center. But everything is sound that counts. Would I hire the team that did the insides No. But to live here is awesome the people the staff you just can't get any better.

|Recommended: YesBrownpointe Reserve — It's a great place. Dog friendly I've had issues with noise above me. You can hear every step. Drawer close. Etc. Great staff. Comfortable. I rated parking low due to number of outside spots for guests.

|Recommended: YesGreat modern design and nice amentities — The apartment has great perks and modern design. The fireplace is my favorite feature. The residents are super nice and friendly. I love seeing the dogs outside.
|Recommended: YesFive star experience — Yesterday was my final day living at the new Brownpoint Reserve apartments on Blackhawk Road. It's bittersweet to leave. It's bittersweet not because of the top-of-the-line amenities, nearly sound proof walls, and kitchen so cool you'll never eat out again experience... It's bittersweet because of the property management and community. Never have I experienced property management so responsive, assistive, and caring. I spent 59 days at Brownpoint Reserve and if it wasn't for a new job in Denver I'd be staying for as long as I could. If you're looking for a place to live that is full of friendly neighbors, an engaged community, and five-star property management then stop by Brownpoint Reserve and talk to Nikki and or Shannon. These two are a power team that have your best interest at heart.
|Recommended: YesAwesome place to call home — Nikki and staff has been great. They made our move from our temp housing to BPR effortless. Love the clubhouse, workout area and outdoor waterfall area. Miss having a pool but not a deal breaker. Parking garage could have had two entrances as sometimes when leaving from garage you encounter garbage trucks and it can take sometime getting out.

|Recommended: YesBrownpoint Reserve is a great place to call home — After looking at several apartment complexes, most of which were new construction, we chose Brownpoint Reserve. The quality if the construction, the responsive of the staff, and the convenience to shopping and dining made our decision easy. I love my apartment at Brownpoint Reserve. It is spacious and has most of the latest fixtures and amenities. The outdoor public area, with it's waterfall, outdoor kitchen and fireplaces, is a nice place to relax or spend a few hours with friends and family.

|Recommended: Yes1 month in — Love it. Wish the lawn was coming in faster everywhere but very happy with just about everything.
