Maintenance is always cheerful and professional.
Recent contact with your Property Manager, Ashley Maier over confusion concerning the lease offering due 4 6 and the actual signing of the lease. I conveyed the notice was specific to a renewal offering and not clear on signing of the lease . The presentation was such with a patronizing attitude, we have 100's of lease renewals and this is the first time anyone has had this issue . I really didn't need to hear her argument to make me feel less than a person but rather was just looking for the solution to get this resolved.

We'd love to have you as a resident for another year Staying is easy and hassle-free. A digital renewal offer will be ready on your online resident portal account by 3 15 2021. You’ll receive an email once it has been prepared. Simply log into your account, and read and sign the offer by 4 6 2021, end of day. Once the offer is accepted a renewal lease will be available to sign on your resident portal. After that date, we cannot guarantee that your apartment will be available for renewal.
|Recommended: YesPeaceful and Relaxing — Although there have been some hiccups along the way, Brownpoint Reserve management ensures a clean, tranquil environment for residents. Did I mention I LOVE my kitchen countertop, the fireplace and my spectacular views I'm happy to live here. Neighbors are respectful and friendly on average. I feel safe in my neighborhood and on the property. And the scenery is fun to explore.

|Recommended: YesInternet is down during COVID and brownpoint recognizes this as a non emergency issue. There are students and workers that live here and depend on the internet to study and work remotely. We will be forced to move somewhere else if we don’t have reliable internet.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We leased at brownpoint reserve on blackhawk Rd in Middleton and wanted to move to their new apts in Waunakee to be close to our daughter. Their agent Dylan was very helpful on helping us tru the transition.. We are very happy with our new place and their staff.
|Recommended: NoUnacceptable on-site maintenance — Stains on interior carpets are massive, despite having them recently cleaned. Elevator alarm has been going off in building entrance for months. Trash overflows and graffiti adorns the common areas. Sole garage door works intermittently. I immediately regret the decision to move to this community. The stay at home order is 5 month old. Adapt already

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Good community, location, and wonderful apartments. Love the hardwood and gas stoves. They have tons of layout options, and management has been very friendly and responsive.

As previously stated in other reviews, you can hear the upstairs neighbor’s “normal” living activities such as walking, exercising, playing with pets, pulling chairs out, opening closing closets etc. Apartment living comes with noise Outside common area, including ponds and landscaping areas should be posted that no minors allowed without adult supervision. This would hopefully keep the area clean and a place where adults can relax and enjoy the serenity.
